Hiring Women Returning to Work After a Career Break

A minimum career break of 6 months is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely pension benefit calculations, including estimates, termination, and final benefits, as per client-specific plan guidelines.
  
• Interpret plan documents, process financial transactions on Fidelity systems, and resolve calculation or system-related issues.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Client Service, Audit & Control, and Operations to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery.
  
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and turnaround standards in a multi-client, process-driven environment.
  
• Build strong functional expertise, support process documentation updates, and provide backup coverage as needed.

Experience Required :

• 2-5 years of experience
• Strong communication, calculation, comprehension, numerical ability, and attention to detail.
