Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Specialist based in Madurai. The Operations Specialist will oversee daily tour operations, manage bookings across services, and coordinate with clients and vendors. Responsibilities include handling project tasks, resolving operational issues, and ensuring smooth implementation of travel plans. The specialist will also contribute to enhancing customer experiences and maintaining service quality.
