Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Specialist based in Madurai. The Operations Specialist will oversee daily tour operations, manage bookings across services, and coordinate with clients and vendors. Responsibilities include handling project tasks, resolving operational issues, and ensuring smooth implementation of travel plans. The specialist will also contribute to enhancing customer experiences and maintaining service quality.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes and optimize operations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency in sales strategies and customer relationship management
• Experience in operations management and project management for overseeing and streamlining workflows
• Exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using office productivity tools and software
• Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
