Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals. Forecast demand, occupancy, staffing, and resource needs. Team Leadership & Staff Management Lead department heads (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, etc.). Drive staff training, performance management, and development. Guest Experience & Service Quality Set service standards and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction. Handle guest feedback and resolve escalated issues. Budgeting & Financial Oversight Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and drive cost efficiencies. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and brand standards. Oversee risk management and emergency procedures. Technology & Systems Implement and optimize hospitality management systems (PMS, POS, etc.). Leverage data analytics for decision-making. Coordination with Ownership/Corporate Regularly report performance metrics to head of department. Align operations with brand vision and owner expectations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
