Role & responsibilities

Hospital Marketing Executive to oversee and execute marketing strategies and initiatives that drive patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare marketing, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

  • Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote hospital services, specialties, and healthcare professionals.
  • Develop both digital and traditional marketing campaigns targeting new and existing patients.
  • Identify opportunities for brand positioning and market expansion.
  • Execute seasonal and ongoing marketing campaigns across channels (online and offline).

Community Outreach & Engagement:

  • Organize community health events, wellness fairs, seminars, and other outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with local businesses, schools, and organizations to enhance the hospitals presence in the community.
  • Build relationships with local media outlets for press, health tips, and hospital news.

Patient Experience and Retention:

  • Coordinate patient education programs to enhance knowledge about available services and health programs.
  • Develop and distribute patient testimonials, success stories, and case studies to increase trust and loyalty.
  • Work with the clinical and operations teams to ensure excellent patient experience and follow-up marketing efforts.

Market Research & Analytics:

  • Conduct market research to understand patient needs, competitor positioning, and emerging trends in healthcare.
  • Analyze customer feedback, social media mentions, and website traffic to continuously improve marketing strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on campaign performance, budget usage, and overall marketing.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in working with hospitals, healthcare facilities, or other medical organizations.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards in marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
