Job Description: Operations Manager – Dream Modular Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site) Experience: 5–10 Years Compensation: ■50,000 – ■80,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives) Industry: Interior Design / Turnkey Fit-Out About Dream Modular Dream Modular is one of Hyderabad’s leading turnkey interior design and manufacturing companies with over a decade of experience delivering high-quality, factory-finished interiors. With our own production facility, expert design team, and in-house execution force, we ensure on-time delivery, transparent processes, and unmatched craftsmanship. We are now seeking a dynamic, process-driven Operations Manager to lead and streamline our growing operations across multiple residential and commercial interior projects. Role Overview As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery across approximately 15 active interior projects per month, ensuring each is executed with precision, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction. The role demands strong leadership, process implementation, and coordination between design, production, and site teams. Key Responsibilities - Oversee complete delivery of multiple interior projects — ensuring timely completion, cost control, and high-quality standards. - Implement and monitor project management systems, dashboards, and SOPs for efficient tracking. - Conduct weekly review meetings with design and site teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks. - Ensure seamless coordination between factory, site engineers, and design departments. - Drive process standardization across all sites to maintain consistency in quality and timelines. - Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, transparency, and quick issue resolution. - Train, guide, and mentor site engineers, project coordinators, and supervisors for productivity and accountability. - Collaborate with senior management for forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning. Requirements - 5–10 years of proven experience in interior project execution or operations management. - Strong background in residential and commercial interior fit-out projects. - Education: B.Tech/B.E. (Civil/Architecture/Interiors); MBA preferred. - Proficiency in Excel, Gantt Charts, and project management tools (ClickUp, Dzylo, MS Project). - Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills. - Strong understanding of material flow, scheduling, and vendor management.
