Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate daily operational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in operations, and the ability to manage teams and deliver results effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage operational tools such as CRM, Zoho, etc.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and process efficiency.
• Handle documentation, tracking, and client coordination.
• Conduct presentations and be confident in explaining operational procedures.
• Provide support and guidance on B2B sales operations.
• Deliver basic sales training sessions to team members (if from a sales background).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure workflow clarity.
• Analyze operational gaps and suggest improvements using tech tools.

Requirements:

Proven experience in handling operations tools like Zoho, CRM, or similar platforms.

Good technical understanding and ability to work with software solutions.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Prior experience in sales or sales operations is a plus.

Willingness to take ownership of operations-related training topics.

Problem-solving attitude and team collaboration spirit.

Preferred Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or any related field.

Familiarity with B2B work environments is an added advantage.
