We are building a fintech ecosystem with wallets, payment services, and future investment offerings. We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication with clients & vendors, managing the customer support team, and contributing to strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-Day Operations Management: Oversee and optimize business operations, ensuring smooth execution across all departments. Client & Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring strong relationships and smooth transactions. MIS & Reporting: Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports, operational KPIs, and dashboards for data-driven decision-making. Customer Support Management: Lead and enhance the efficiency of the support team to ensure high customer satisfaction and quick issue resolution. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and drive automation where possible to improve efficiency. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Strategic Contribution: Work closely with leadership to develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in fintech, payments, or loyalty programs. Strong understanding of client/vendor management, financial operations, and customer support processes. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and CRM tools for reporting and analytics. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach. We are looking for an Operations & Finance Manager who can ensure smooth operational execution, drive financial discipline, and support our growth journey. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management Manage day-to-day operations across card issuance, wallet top-ups, brand voucher fulfillment, and partner integrations . Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs for operational excellence and compliance with RBI & partner guidelines. Coordinate with technology, customer support, sales, and brand partnership teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Oversee vendor & partner relationships (banks, payment processors, card issuers, and brand partners). Track and report on operational KPIs, SLAs, and service quality metrics. Finance Management Lead budgeting, forecasting, and expense management processes. Monitor cash flows, reconciliations, commissions, MDR income, and other revenue streams. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and MIS reports for leadership and investors. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and financial audits. Implement cost optimization strategies without compromising operational efficiency. Strategic & Leadership Support leadership in scaling Spendng’s fintech ecosystem with operational and financial insights. Identify process automation opportunities to improve efficiency. Mentor and lead operations & finance teams to achieve performance targets. Collaborate on new product rollouts and ensure operational readiness. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/CA preferred). 5+ years of experience in operations and finance roles within fintech, payments, banking, or loyalty/rewards industry . Strong knowledge of payment systems, RBI compliance, KYC/AML norms, and card/wallet operations . Proficiency in financial tools and ERP systems (Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, etc.). Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
