Job Description

What you'll Do

✅Manage and grow key client accounts

✅ Ensure smooth operational delivery across teams

✅ Drive financial discipline & track revenue performance

✅ Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities

✅ Act as the trusted partner for clients and stakeholders

✅Monitor client performance metrics, track revenue, and ensure profitability

Must-Have
✅Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field

✅3–6 years of experience in Key Account Management / Client Success / Business Development

✅Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver business growth

✅Solid analytical & financial acumen with comfort in reporting and metrics

✅Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with ownership mindset

Nice-to-Have

✅MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree

✅Exposure to digital payments, loyalty, or expense management solutions

✅Track record in upselling/cross-selling within existing accounts

✅Experience handling B2B/enterprise clients and multi-stakeholder relationships

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
