About the Role:

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources

Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR policy implementation
Ensure accurate payroll coordination and compliance across geographies (India & US)
Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and learning programs
Implement and manage HRMS systems and employee performance processes

Project & Operational Oversight

Lead the implementation and adoption of
ClickUp
for project and task management
Create standardized workflows, dashboards, and task-tracking systems using ClickUp
Collaborate with all departments to optimize internal operations and timelines
Manage vendor relationships, office administration, and IT coordination
Support finance in operational budgeting, invoicing, and audit documentation
Ensure all business functions align with company goals and compliance requirements

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
6–10 years of experience in HR and general operations
Proven experience in
implementing and managing ClickUp (or equivalent)
Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills
High adaptability, tech-savvy mindset, and hands-on approach
Experience with HRMS platforms (e.g., Keka) and basic financial understanding

Preferred Background:

Prior experience in a
consulting or professional services environment
Exposure to both
domestic and international (US/India) operations
