Job Profile

We are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all operational activities Pan-India. The role includes managing resources, coordinating with service and sales teams, ensuring timely project execution, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination between sales, service, and technical teams.
• Monitor project execution and ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.
• Allocate and manage manpower for projects, service calls, and field operations.
• Supervise service engineers and support staff for optimal performance.
• Manage procurement of equipment, tools, and materials from vendors.
• Maintain inventory levels and track material usage efficiently.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of equipment and resources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain operational reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve client satisfaction

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance.
• Experience in project planning, execution, and end-to-end monitoring.
• Knowledge of procurement, inventory, and logistics coordination.
• Analytical problem-solving skills to optimize operational workflows.
• Basic technical understanding of IT, networking, CCTV, or security systems, with awareness of compliance and safety standards.
• Own conveyance and laptop are desirable.
• The candidate must be mature, approximately 32+ years old, with 5+ years of experience in operations.
