Key responsibilities of the Operations Manager include: 1. Marketing & Admissions: Overseeing admissions processes and coordinating marketing initiatives to enhance school visibility. 2. Campus & Facility Management: Ensuring smooth functioning of campus infrastructure, utilities, and safety protocols. 3. Housekeeping & Security: Supervising housekeeping and security staff for hygiene, safety, and service continuity. 4. Transportation Management: Planning and managing safe and efficient school bus routes. 5. Staff Accommodation Management: Inspecting and overseeing staff housing, lease agreements, and furniture requirements. 6. Inventory & Store Management: Managing school inventory, vendor contracts, and negotiations. 7. Event Coordination: Organizing and executing school events with a focus on logistics and vendor management. 8. Policy & Compliance: Implementing school policies and ensuring regulatory compliance. 9. Canteen & Food Service: Supervising canteen operations, menu planning, and financial oversight. 10. Sports & Grounds Maintenance: Maintaining sports facilities and coordinating sports events. 11. Gardening & Campus Aesthetics: Ensuring gardening services and beautification of the school environment. 12. Financial Management: Overseeing fee collection, budget planning, financial reporting, and petty cash management. 13. Strategic Planning & Development: Assisting in developing and executing the school's operational strategy. 14. Staff Management & Development: Recruiting, training, and overseeing operational staff. 15.
