Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Plan, coordinate, and manage daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets.
Ensure the optimal use of resources (labor, materials, and equipment) to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
Quality & Compliance:
Oversee implementation of quality assurance systems and standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Team Leadership:
Lead and develop cross-functional teams including supervisors, line operators, maintenance, and support staff.
Monitor team performance and provide training, coaching, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
Implement and monitor KPIs to track operational performance and drive corrective actions.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:
Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and dispatch of finished goods.
Manage production planning and inventory control systems.
Budget & Cost Control:
Develop and manage operational budgets.
Monitor and control operational costs to ensure budget adherence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
