Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in New Delhi. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient and smooth workflows. Responsibilities include managing team performance, developing operational strategies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with different departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Defining and executing operational strategies to support the company’s growth objectives and

enhance efficiency.

- Overseeing day-to-day operations, including transaction processing, customer support, compliance,

credit, collections and recovery processes.

- Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing solutions to streamline processes and

improve productivity.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, systems, customer

excellence and finance, to ensure alignment of operational activities with business goals.

- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and

identify areas for improvement.

- Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls to maintain compliance with

regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Leading and developing a team of operations professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and

support.

- Working closely with business teams to support investors in terms of disbursements and

transaction settlement

- Handling entire documentation at pre-disbursement stage including Legal (Loan Agreement, KYC

Checks, etc.)

- Managing repayments and collection of funds through various channels and modes like NACH,

Cheques, etc.

- Preparing regular reports and MIS to leadership team around the performance of the business

• In depth knowledge of Collection and Recovery workflow.
