Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Facility Management

Supervise day-to-day operations of the sports club including gym, pool, courts, and other facilities.

Ensure equipment, premises, and amenities are well maintained, clean, and safe.

Monitor material usage, stock, and procurement of supplies.

2. Staff Management

Lead, train, and supervise staff including housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.

Prepare HK staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower allocation.

3. Member Services & Experience

Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all member touchpoints.

Handle member feedback, concerns, and complaints with prompt resolution.

Create strategies to improve member engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

4. Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations (fire safety, pool safety, hygiene standards).

Implement risk management and emergency response procedures.

5. Finance & Reporting

Monitor operational budgets and control costs without compromising service quality.

Track revenue streams (membership events, rentals etc.).

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on operations, member usage, complain registers.

6. Events & Programs

Coordinate and support events, tournaments, workshops, and member engagement activities.

Collaborate with marketing teams for promotions, offers, and seasonal activities.

7. Strategic Development

Identify areas for improvement and propose new ideas for operational efficiency and member satisfaction.

Assist senior management in long-term planning and business growth strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
