Job Summary:

Ajfan Group is seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline daily operations across our retail stores in the Telangana region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all retail outlets and warehouses in Telangana
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock movement, and logistics coordination
• Supervise store managers and supporting staff
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and local regulations
• Develop and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
• Analyze sales and operational reports, taking corrective actions when needed
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
• Coordinate with the procurement and supply chain departments
• Conduct regular audits of stock, processes, and store hygiene
• Train and mentor team members to achieve performance targets
• Report operational KPIs and updates to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in FMCG/Retail
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/Inventory software
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Willingness to travel within Telangana for store visits and inspections

Preferred Qualities:

• Knowledge of dry fruits and nuts retail market is a plus
• Ability to speak English, Hindi, and Telugu is preferred
• High level of integrity and work ethics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,570.91 - ₹50,000.55 per month
