OPERATIONS HEAD

• Take accountability and Manage operations for multiple cities - partner operations, vendor operations, 1P Catalog Logistics, Ads marketing campaigns
• Work with City leads to ensure strict adherence to the set process and KPIs are met.
• Ensures the partner is meeting the performance/expectations.
• Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
• Works with the Vendors to ensure best quality, TAT adherence
• Interact closely within all sections of the company to figure out the improvement areas and execute seamlessly across geographies.
