Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager Operations

• To conduct PPIC (Production Planning & inventory Control) meeting on monthly basis.

To convey fresh requirement generated to respective TP-sites on monthly basis and to Negotiate rates for the fresh DOPA generated.

• To align the months delivery as per marketing priorities & delivery commitments given.
• To co-ordinate on daily/weekly basis with Site Productions representative for aligning their site visits for on time

execution of critical products and to resolve the issues if any at site.

• As per requirement of Marketing, New product identification and sourcing from respective vendor and coordinating

with CMD QA for the site approvals or Site related quality queries.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted supply of materials
• Cost Saving by keeping track on API's and AVD of products to avoid dependency at signal site for running molecules.
• To take TP Gx-Marketing & Operations HOD's approvals for the revised rates as per standard formats.
• Third party invoices approval in the system to ensure timely release of vendor payments.
• MlS of FG hold at the depot on Weekly basis.
• MIS of Monthly production plan shared with CQA and site representative to ensure smooth supply from respective sites.
• Handling the matter related to the NSQ in coordination with CQA and RA.
• Maintain procurement MIS for Production planning, OTIF, Open PO's, TOP 10 Vendors & Products, Factory inspection

report, VOP, Data Bank, Monthly GR Receipt, PO's reconciliation and Critical products for respective month

• System sanitization activities such as PR/Po short close.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies for supply disruptions and regulatory risks.
• Present procurement insights and updates to HOD
• Shelf life extension for products having shelf life of 24M to 36M and 18M to 24Months by keeping follow-up with TP Vendors.
