Cluster Head

• Responsible for managing and growing the 1P business within Bangalore city cluster (~900 stores)
• Taking various initiatives for increasing customer penetration for both online and offline sales of 1P products and services
• Maintain excellent relations with the 1P partners, key suppliers and various other stakeholders
• Track KPIs at store level, zone-level and city-level and take corrective action to improve the same
• Represent the company in interactions with local municipal and law enforcement authorities
