Job Summary

We're seeking a proactive Operations Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day execution and build strong operational foundations. You’ll coordinate internal workflows, drive efficiency, and support the launch of strategic initiatives in a dynamic sports‑tech startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Core Operations & Process Management

  • Oversee and monitor daily internal operations—onboarding, vendor coordination, facility readiness, inventory supply, etc.
  • Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, compliance requirements, and documentation accuracy.
  • Support regular operational audits to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

Vendor & Resource Coordination

  • Liaise with external vendors, equipment suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with procurement, contract execution, and cost negotiations to optimize spend and quality.

Data & Reporting

  • Collect, consolidate, and maintain daily/weekly operational reports—metrics, compliance logs, resource usage.
  • Analyze performance data, flag trends or bottlenecks, and share actionable insights.

Coordination & Support

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—market research, events, partnerships—to enable coordinated execution.
  • Facilitate administrative support for events, new launches, and product rollouts.

Process Improvement & Strategy

  • Work closely with leadership to refine internal workflows and contribute to operational strategy.
  • Participate in process mapping, risk assessment, and quality enhancement projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Operations Management, Sports Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years experience in operational roles (e.g. internships allowed), preferably in startup, sports, retail, logistics, or service sect
  • Proficiency with Excel, basic project management tools, and familiarity with ERP or workflow systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and proactive — able to manage ambiguity in a fast‑paced startup setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
