Job Summary:

We are hiring a Patient Experience Executive to collect feedback from patients via phone, WhatsApp, and email. The role involves resolving concerns, encouraging online reviews, and coordinating with teams to ensure quality service. Strong communication skills in English ,Malayalam and Hindi are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact patients via phone, WhatsApp, or email to collect detailed feedback on their treatment journey.
• Address any concerns or dissatisfaction empathetically and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
• Encourage and guide satisfied patients to leave positive reviews on platforms such as Google, and social media.
• Maintain detailed records of feedback and reviews in internal systems.
• Coordinate with hospital staff and internal teams to ensure a high-quality patient experience.
• Monitor and report weekly review metrics and satisfaction scores.
• Support the operations team in other coordination tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with strong communication and relationship skills are also encouraged to apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ,Malayalam and Hindi
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• A positive, problem-solving attitude focused on client success
• Comfortable working with different teams and keeping everyone on the same page
