Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Operations Coordinator will be the central point for operational tasks and requests across the organisation. The role requires strong organisational skills, precision, and ownership to deliver activities accurately and on time. The successful candidate will coordinate across multiple teams, track progress against priorities, and provide insight through reporting and analysis. Success in the role offers opportunities to up-skill and progress into specialist areas such as risk, compliance, finance, or project management.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver operational tasks and requests from multiple teams (Compliance, Fraud, Product, Operations), ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy in all inputs, including data handling, documentation, and reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and chase outstanding actions.
• Identify recurring themes, inefficiencies, or risks and propose process improvements.
• Support audits, governance requirements, and documentation reviews when required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational procedures and knowledge-sharing across teams.

Background/Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations, business support, coordination, or analyst roles.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering tasks from multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels.
• Experience working in environments with tight deadlines, multiple priorities, and high accuracy standards.
• Background in financial services, compliance, or other operations-intensive environments.
