Role Overview We are seeking a meticulous and resourceful Operations Coordinator (Back Office) to support our client servicing, investment operations, and research functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data, has strong analytical and coordination skills, communication skills, social media acumen and values confidentiality and professional integrity. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth back-office operations, maintaining client records, supporting investment documentation, preparing portfolio reports, and coordinating with clients and partners on operational matters. You will actively oversee social media outreach of the firm. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain client investment documentation , agreements, and compliance records. Coordinate client transactions across multiple investment platforms and instruments. Prepare and update portfolio performance reports and MIS dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Conduct research on taxation, investment structures, and financial products relevant to client portfolios. Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone ensuring clarity, confidentiality, and responsiveness. Liaise with custodians, fund houses, registrars, and other financial intermediaries for documentation and reporting. Assist the leadership team in operational efficiency improvements and implementation of internal systems. Gather, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources including financial portals and databases. Qualifications & Skills Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field . Minimum 2 years of experience in back-office operations, wealth management, or investment advisory support. Strong command of Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and presentation skills. High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and documentation. Ability to work independently, maintain discretion, and handle confidential client information. Professional demeanor and confidence to interact with high-net-worth clients and senior professionals. Other Requirements Mandatory background verification prior to employment due to the confidential and sensitive nature of client data.
