As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can lead our team, maintain service excellence, and ensure smooth, day-to-day operations while preserving our brand values of togetherness, simplicity, and fulfillment.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the property — from guest experience and housekeeping to vendor coordination and team management. This role is ideal for someone with strong hospitality instincts, an eye for detail, and the ability to lead with empathy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service

• Ensure guests enjoy a warm, memorable, and high-quality stay
• Personally resolve guest issues and proactively gather feedback
• Maintain guest satisfaction scores and drive reputation management

Team Management

• Lead and supervise front office, housekeeping, kitchen, and support staff
• Conduct daily briefings, weekly training sessions, and performance evaluations
• Build a culture of ownership, professionalism, and guest-first service

Operational Oversight

• Oversee cleanliness, service quality, and timely issue resolution across departments
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage procurement and inventory
• Ensure SOPs are followed and continuously improved

Administration & Reporting

• Monitor daily financials, occupancy, and revenue targets
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and licenses
• Report key metrics and insights to ownership regularly

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in hospitality operations (hotel, resort, or retreat)
• Proven team leadership and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication in English and Hindi
• Familiarity with PMS, OTAs, inventory systems, and guest feedback platforms
• Hands-on, calm under pressure, and guest-obsessed

Education

• Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field (Preferred)
