What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Driving continuous improvement and smoothening the onboarding processes.
  • Collaborated closely with HR Business Partners, department heads and senior management to identify onboarding needs, ensuring a seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Handling HR onboarding process for the entire business unit.
  • Handle the distribution and collection of onboarding paperwork and serves as a go-to person for any questions related to it.
  • Prepare weekly dashboards for leadership reviews. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Ensuring Compliance with all processes and maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.


Desired Skills and Experience-

  • Excellent communication/people management skills
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office like MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
