Job Description

As an Onboarding Specialist, your role involves facilitating the smooth transition of new employees into the company. Your key responsibilities include: - Sending official offer letters, employment agreements, and legal documents for signature. - Preparing necessary paperwork such as tax forms, direct deposit forms, benefits enrollment forms, I-9 verification, and background check consent. - Sending a welcome email with key details about the first day. - Introducing the company's mission, values, culture, and structure during orientation. - Ensuring completion of HR paperwork like W-4, I-9, and benefits paperwork. - Providing an overview of available benefits to new employees. - Advising employees on suitable visa options and assisting with visa and immigration applications. - Completing and filing immigration forms and ensuring compliance with laws. - Keeping up-to-date with immigration law updates.
