Role type: Contract: 4-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

Experience: 1–3 years relevant

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Model)

Shift : Should be Flexible to Rotational Shift ( APAC , EMEA and US )



We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist (Onboarding) to join our team.

The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the entire onboarding process

for new employees. They will work closely with HR, managers, and other departments to

ensure a seamless and positive experience for all new hires. The Onboarding Specialist will

develop and implement effective onboarding strategies that will help new employees quickly

integrate into the company culture and meet performance expectations.



primary responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the entire onboarding process for new employees, from pre-

boarding to orientation and beyond.

Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies and programs that align with

company goals and values.

Work closely with HR, managers, and other departments to ensure new hires receive

the necessary training and resources to be successful in their roles.

Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and conduct onboarding training for new

employees.

Monitor and track new hire progress during the onboarding process and provide

regular updates to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain relationships with new hires, ensuring their questions and

concerns are addressed promptly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent onboarding

experience for all new hires.

Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding process to ensure it is effective

and efficient.




required skill-set & qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree from a UGC/AICTE accredited university

1-3 years of work-experience in a recruitment or HR staffing firm. (pref. into HR

Operations role)

Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and onboarding.

Ability to execute actions under a complex and pressured environment.

Passion for results, client-satisfaction and success of overall project.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Mindset

Excellent Communication (both verbal and written)

Highly proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email applications

Skill in independently prioritizing, planning, coordinating, organizing, leading, and

monitoring multiple onboardings.

Knowledge of different time zones across the globe - specially US, Europe &

Singapore.
