Please apply for One way Video Interview at the below Link ://corporate myintro ai / jobs / hr-onboarding-specialist-95459 Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Onboarding & Compliance Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity, working Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours This role blends end-to-end onboarding with I-9 & E-Verify compliance, ensuring a seamless employee experience while maintaining strict adherence to U S employment regulations The ideal candidate will have experience with U S -based companies, preferably in the automotive industry, and be skilled in managing onboarding through Paycom A reliable high-speed internet connection and power backup are essential, Key Responsibilities: Manage the full onboarding cycle for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and U S labor laws, Complete I-9 forms and perform E-Verify checks, verifying the authenticity of employee documentation (passports, visas, permanent resident cards, ), Track, audit, and manage expiring I-9 documentation; oversee re-verification processes, Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company culture, policies, benefits, and job responsibilities, Coordinate with hiring managers, HR, and cross-functional teams to gather required onboarding documentation and streamline processes, Act as the main point of contact for new hires, addressing onboarding questions and ensuring a smooth transition, Maintain accurate employee records in Paycom and HRIS systems, Support internal/external audits related to onboarding, I-9, and E-Verify, Train HR teams on compliance procedures and stay updated on USCIS guidelines and employment law changes, Assist in offboarding when needed to ensure proper closure of employee records, Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, 35 years of proven experience in HR onboarding and I-9/E-Verify compliance, Strong knowledge of U S employment regulations, onboarding best practices, and immigration verification laws, Hands-on experience with Paycom for onboarding and verification at scale, Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to support diverse teams, Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite, Ability to work independently in a remote, EST night shift environment, Must have high-speed internet and reliable power backup, ***Remote Opportunity*** Please apply for One way Video Interview at the below Link ://corporate myintro ai / jobs / hr-onboarding-specialist-95459
