Role Overview: As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will need to follow policies and procedures rigorously, ensuring compliance with confidentiality requirements. Your proactive and responsive approach will be essential when interacting with candidates, managers, and stakeholders. Your communication skills will play a crucial role during the background check and onboarding process. Additionally, your experience in client-facing onboarding coordination and bulk emailing will be valuable. Your organizational skills will be put to use in tracking assigned candidates, monitoring progress, and managing pending items effectively.
