This is a remote internship role for an Onboarding Specialist. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, addressing queries, providing necessary training or resources, and fostering productive relationships for long-term engagement.

Experience or understanding of Customer and Client Onboarding processes
Sharp Analytical Skills to identify needs and solve problems effectively
Ability to work in a remote environment and meet deadlines independently
Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to client success
Previous experience in edtech or related fields is a plus
Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Education, or related fields
