Role Description This is a remote internship role for an Onboarding Specialist. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a seamless and positive start with our platform. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, addressing queries, providing necessary training or resources, and fostering productive relationships for long-term engagement. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Experience or understanding of Customer and Client Onboarding processes Sharp Analytical Skills to identify needs and solve problems effectively Ability to work in a remote environment and meet deadlines independently Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to client success Previous experience in edtech or related fields is a plus Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Education, or related fields
