Onboarding Specialist

Role & responsibilities

As part of the HR Operations team, the Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new hires. The responsibilities include:

End-to-End Onboarding Management: Oversee the complete onboarding lifecycle including pre-boarding, orientation, and post-onboarding follow-ups.
New Hire Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees, offering guidance and support throughout their onboarding journey. Orientation Facilitation: Conduct engaging orientation sessions that effectively communicate company values, culture, and policies. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as IT, Facilities, and Payroll to ensure all onboarding logistics are in place for Day One. Compliance Assurance: Ensure all onboarding activities align with internal IBM HR policies and laws. Process Improvement: Continuously enhance onboarding processes, documentation, and digital workflows for efficiency and effectiveness. Inclusive Culture Promotion: Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all new hires, with special attention. Metrics & Feedback Analysis: Monitor onboarding metrics and gather feedback to identify improvement areas and elevate the employee experience.?

Resources will be working in the AP time zone

Preferred candidate profile

This will be rotational shift mostly we will start between 3.30 AM and 6 AM. Morning pick up cabs will be available they will have to self Enroll and schedule.

Shift timing - Rotational 3.30 Am and 6 AM

Cab Availability : Yes, Morning only ( Return cab is not available)

Work type: 5 days office ( No Hybrid)
