You will be working as a Junior Onboarding Specialist at Multiplier in Pune, where your main responsibility will be assisting in the onboarding process of new employees. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless transition for new employees and contributing to an exceptional employee experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in the onboarding process of new employees to ensure country compliance and create an exceptional employee experience. - Maintain onboarding trackers with timely updates to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the onboarding process. - Attend daily sunset and sunrise calls with the team lead to discuss blockers and find resolutions, promoting effective collaboration and issue resolution. - Follow up closely with members to ensure timely submission of all required documents, minimizing delays in the onboarding process. - Ensure proper verification and background checks of members before activation, safeguarding the privacy and security of sensitive employee information. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding process to ensure effective communication and collaboration. - Address any queries from internal or external stakeholders promptly within minimum business hours, promoting a responsive and customer-centric approach. **Qualifications Required:** - Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes, with a strong focus on onboarding and employee experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. - Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently and creatively.,
