About the Role

Com.Bot is an official Meta Business Partner, empowering businesses through WhatsApp Automation, AI Chatbots, and CRM solutions.

We are hiring a B2B Sales Manager with at least 1 year of experience who can handle consultative selling, manage business clients, and close value-driven deals. This role is perfect for someone ready to grow into a leadership position in a fast-scaling SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales for WhatsApp Automation and SaaS products
• Prospect and close SMEs, enterprises, agencies, and brands
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution consultations
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to closure
• Build long-term relationships with founders and decision-makers
• Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and forecasts using CRM tools
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Support and guide junior sales executives when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales / SaaS Sales / Tech Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience with CRM
• Ability to sell ROI-based and subscription products
• Understanding of automation, digital tools, or WhatsApp API is a plus
• Target-oriented, confident, and customer-focused mindset
