Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an OJT - Food & Beverage trainee. This position is ideal for freshers with 0 years of experience, offering the opportunity to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to provide excellent customer service.
Participate in inventory management and stock control to minimize waste.
Develop new skills and knowledge in food and beverage operations.
Work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
