Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Housekeeping in the hospitality industry. This role is open to freshers with no prior experience required.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet high standards of quality and safety.
Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge in housekeeping.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
