Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist with daily housekeeping tasks, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Contribute to the overall success of the organization by performing duties efficiently and effectively.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
