Job Description

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and verify POD documents from drivers after deliveries.
Ensure all PODs are accurately completed, dated, stamped and signed.
Input POD data into the companys tracking system promptly and maintain real-time status.
Assist in maintaining an organized filing system for POD records, both physical and digital
Communicate with drivers and Branches or Brokers to resolve any discrepancies in documents.
Co-ordination and follow ups for PODs rigorously with respective branches / person and resolve to get PODs.
Generate reports on delivery status and POD collection & tracking MIS.
Collaborate with the accounting department to assist with invoicing and payment processing related to deliveries.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to deliveries and PODs.
Unbilled Status Report submission on timely basis

Accounts Associate must have experience in Payables , vendor reconciliation , vendor payments, MIS reporting , Vendor co-ordination, with basic accounting background, voucher Entry in Software, TDS Knowledge and follow up with Vendors

Qualification & Experience

B.Com Graduate
3-5 Years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Excel and basic data entry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and documentation processes is a plus.
