Job Description

French Backend Process Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform

    backend / non-voice operations

    in French & English
  • Handle

    email communication and documentation

    in French & English
  • Process data and update internal systems accurately
  • Review and validate reports and records
  • Follow SOPs and meet defined SLAs
  • Coordinate with internal teams for task completion
  • Maintain data confidentiality and quality standards

Eligibility & Skill Requirements:

French language proficiency: B1 or B2 level (mandatory)

  • Good written communication skills in

    French & English

  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email tools)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in

    rotational shifts
