Associate - Back Office (Night Shift)

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Associate-Back Office to join our organization. You should be able to identify and resolve client queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. As an Associate-Back Office, you should own excellent communication skills and have strong listening skills. Also, you should be able to display calm composure at all times.

To perform this job role, you should have good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Furthermore, you should be highly motivated and able to work in a team as well as independently.

Role & responsibilities

The primary task of a Associate-Back Office is to handle the given task from clients.

• He/She must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then.
• Must discuss every matter with its supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted
• Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility.
• Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues.
• Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in any stream
• Proven work experience as Customer Servicing Executive or a Client Service Representative will be a plus
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual
• Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations
• Good listening skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
