Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Maintain production, purchase, inventory, and dispatch records
  • Assist in preparing reports, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans
  • Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, and logistics departments
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR documentation
  • Support procurement activities by tracking orders and vendor communications
  • Ensure proper documentation for audits, compliance, and inspections
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment
  • Assist management with scheduling meetings and preparing presentations

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of office administration and manufacturing documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (if applicable)

Qualifications

  • Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (Commerce or Business Administration preferred)
  • Computer certification is an advantage

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience as an office assistant or administrative role in a manufacturing setup
  • Freshers with relevant skills may also be considered

Working Conditions

  • Factory office or administrative office environment
  • Standard working hours; occasional extended hours during audits or peak production periods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
