Role Overview

The Admin Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative and office operations at the EBG Powerhouse office. The role requires strong coordination skills, vendor management, facility upkeep, and internal support to management and employees.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

Office Administration & Facility Management

  • Manage daily office operations, housekeeping, security, pantry, and office maintenance.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of the office premises.
  • Coordinate with facility vendors for repairs, AMC services, electrical, plumbing, IT support, etc.
  • Monitor office assets, furniture, and equipment usage and maintenance.


Vendor & Procurement Management

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, security, courier, and maintenance.
  • Handle procurement of office stationery, pantry items, consumables, and other admin requirements.
  • Maintain vendor records, contracts, invoices, and payment coordination with accounts team.

Employee Support & Coordination

  • Support employees with admin-related requirements (ID cards, access, seating arrangements, assets).
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new employees (workspace setup, access, basic admin induction).
  • Manage office attendance registers (if required) and visitor coordination.


Travel, Logistics & Coordination

  • Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for management and staff as required.
  • Handle courier, dispatch, and inward/outward register maintenance.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and basic meeting arrangements.


Records, Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain admin-related records, files, agreements, and office documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with basic statutory requirements related to office operations (licenses, renewals, fire safety, etc.).
  • Support audits by providing admin and facility-related data.


Management Support

  • Assist senior management with administrative coordination and office-related reporting.
  • Prepare monthly admin expense reports and MIS.
  • Handle any special tasks assigned by management from time to time.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience: 12 years of experience in Office Administration & Facilities Management
  • Industry Preference: Corporate offices, real estate offices, IT Offices, business groups, or large workplaces

Key Skills & Competencies

·      Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·      Vendor management and negotiation skills

·      Good communication and coordination abilities

·      Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling

·      Problem-solving and proactive attitude

·      Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks


Reporting To

  • You will report to the CEO/COO of EBG Group

Working Days

  • Monday to Saturday Working (6 days a week)

Joining Time

  • Within 30 to 45 days from the date of Offer given

Reporting Office

  • You will be based at our new EBG Group Central Office, Madhapur/Hitec City Area, Hyderabad

Salary Package

  • Your Approximate Salary package will be as per the industry standards
