Job Description

You will be responsible for generating leads and capitalizing on valuable business opportunities to bring in new company revenue. You will conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Additionally, resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service will be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of client accounts including contract negotiations - Monitor competitors" activities, prices, products, and services to stay ahead of the competition - Identify needs of customers promptly and efficiently - Attend tradeshows and conferences to network with potential clients - Maintain open and ongoing communication with clients to meet needs and expectations - Cultivate strong professional relationships with suppliers and key clients to drive long-term business development - Develop and execute the Business Development/OEM plan to consistently achieve sales goals - Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for collaboration - Work closely with our technical teams to ensure seamless integration of our products and services - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop joint marketing campaigns, collateral, and events to promote our OEM offerings Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in business development and client relationship management - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities - Experience in attending tradeshows and conferences for networking - Familiarity with contract negotiations and client account management The company also offers the following benefits: - Food provided - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Paid time off - Provident Fund Please note that this is a full-time position with day shift schedule and work location is in person.,
