Job Description

Generated leads and capitalized on valuable business opportunities to bring in new company revenue. Conducted research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Resolved customer complaints regarding sales and service. Managed all aspects of client accounts including contract negotiations, project planning, budgeting, invoicing and payment processing. Monitored competitors' activities, prices, products, and services in order to stay ahead of the competition. Determined business development opportunities and implemented effective strategy for client acquisition. Identified needs of customers promptly and efficiently. Attended tradeshows and conferences to network with potential clients. Maintained open and ongoing communication with clients to meet needs and expectations. Cultivated strong professional relationships with suppliers and key clients to drive long-term business development. Develop and execute the Business Development/OEM plan to consistently achieve sales goals. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for collaboration. Work closely with our technical teams to ensure seamless integration of our products and services. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop joint marketing campaigns, collateral, and events to promote our OEM offerings.
