OEM Sales Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads and seizing lucrative business opportunities to enhance new company revenue. You will conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay informed and ahead of the competition. Resolving customer complaints related to sales and service will also be a key part of your role. Managing all aspects of client accounts, including contract negotiations, and monitoring competitors" activities, prices, products, and services will be crucial to maintain a competitive edge. Your strategic thinking will come into play as you identify business development opportunities and implement effective client acquisition strategies. You will be expected to promptly identify customer needs and attend trade shows and conferences to network with potential clients. Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with suppliers and key clients will be essential for long-term business growth. Developing and executing the Business Development/OEM plan to consistently achieve sales goals will be a primary focus. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs will enable you to identify new business opportunities and potential collaborations. Collaboration with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of products and services, as well as working closely with marketing teams to develop joint marketing campaigns, collateral, and events to promote OEM offerings, will be part of your responsibilities.
