Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage ocean freight operations, including shipping and receiving.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for smooth execution of ocean freight services.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze data and reports to optimize ocean freight operations and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of ocean freight operations, regulations, and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective client and stakeholder interaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues.
Experience with logistics management software and systems is preferred.
