Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in recruitment and a passion for finding the right talent for our organization. You will play a key role in managing the recruitment process for various non-IT positions, collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various non-IT positions.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment activities.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and its culture.

Skills and Qualifications

1-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in non-IT sectors.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
