We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruitment Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully filling a variety of non-IT positions and will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in non-IT roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to assess candidates skills and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with potential candidates.
