Description

We are seeking a skilled Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for non-IT roles, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to meet the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities

Recruitment for non-IT positions across various levels and functions.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates suitability for the role.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and timelines.
Manage the recruitment database and maintain accurate records of candidates.
Facilitate the offer process and negotiate salaries with selected candidates.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-8 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Proficient in using job portals and social media for sourcing candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
