Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Now Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Lead the development of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Ensure best practices are followed in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and development processes.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
